Sunday of my Life

Today’s lesson: When making muffins, it is not in the best interests of good baking to think “well, it won’t hurt that I added a heaped instead of level teaspoon of baking powder to the flour.” This makes for exploding muffins. My muffins managed to coat the entire top of the muffin tray, and part of the drop-tray below it. Yay for me.

Good muffins, though. Lemon and Poppyseed, great with some Mascapone Cheese.
